PwC is seeking a Manager to shape secure AI architectures and agentic AI solutions for insurance clients. The role leads consulting teams across insurance transformation programmes and client delivery.

- Create scalable, secure, reusable AI architectures spanning data, AI and cloud platforms for complex insurance environments.
- Direct architecture discovery, technical scoping and solution design across underwriting, claims, pricing, customer, finance and risk functions.
- Build agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions with robust orchestration, knowledge grounding, governance and monitoring.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, data scientists and product specialists from initial concept through production deployment.
- Integrate responsible AI, security, data governance and regulatory requirements into every solution.
- Help clients define AI adoption strategies, realise business value and establish target-state AI platform architectures.
- Work with senior stakeholders to turn business challenges into actionable, scalable AI solutions.
- Contribute to insurance-sector growth and go-to-market activity.

- Demonstrated success designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions in consulting or other client-facing settings.
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, customer service, finance or risk.
- Practical experience with agentic AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise AI architecture.
- Experience designing and delivering solutions on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integration patterns and contemporary engineering practices.
- Deep understanding of responsible AI, security, governance, risk management and regulatory obligations in complex organisations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Able to make technical concepts clear to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing technical teams, workstreams or transformation programmes.
- Able to convert business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Available for work visa sponsorship.
- Willing to travel up to 60%.
