  • Create scalable, secure, reusable AI architectures spanning data, AI and cloud platforms for complex insurance environments.
  • Direct architecture discovery, technical scoping and solution design across underwriting, claims, pricing, customer, finance and risk functions.
  • Build agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions with robust orchestration, knowledge grounding, governance and monitoring.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, data scientists and product specialists from initial concept through production deployment.
  • Integrate responsible AI, security, data governance and regulatory requirements into every solution.
  • Help clients define AI adoption strategies, realise business value and establish target-state AI platform architectures.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to turn business challenges into actionable, scalable AI solutions.
  • Contribute to insurance-sector growth and go-to-market activity.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions in consulting or other client-facing settings.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, customer service, finance or risk.
  • Practical experience with agentic AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise AI architecture.
  • Experience designing and delivering solutions on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, integration patterns and contemporary engineering practices.
  • Deep understanding of responsible AI, security, governance, risk management and regulatory obligations in complex organisations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Able to make technical concepts clear to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing technical teams, workstreams or transformation programmes.
  • Able to convert business needs into scalable AI solutions.
  • Available for work visa sponsorship.
  • Willing to travel up to 60%.
