  • Lead cross-functional teams delivering software development and technology initiatives
  • Mentor team members and provide technical direction and delivery support
  • Own technology initiatives through delivery within agreed scope, quality, timelines, and resource constraints
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify business needs and turn them into workable technology solutions
  • Use software architecture principles and design patterns to assess and design solutions
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based and AI-focused technology solutions
  • Introduce process improvements that strengthen delivery efficiency, quality, reliability, and transparency
  • Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption based on value, technical fit, security, sustainability, cost, and operational considerations
  • Create and maintain technology roadmaps that support business strategy
  • Monitor delivery progress, coordinate dependencies, surface risks, and enable timely decisions
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts in line with organizational requirements
  • Keep informed about technology trends, platform capabilities, engineering practices, and emerging AI applications
  • Champion technology solutions that are maintainable, scalable, secure, and efficient
  • Help optimize computing-resource usage and assess its long-term operational effects
  • Evaluate results using delivery performance, solution quality, stakeholder satisfaction, operational stability, efficiency gains, and roadmap progress

  • Background in software development and core programming concepts
  • Professional Python experience is required for this Python AI Developer position
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, modular design, testing, and maintainable coding practices
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data structures
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and infrastructure
  • Understanding of cloud deployment models, compute, storage, networking, scalability, availability, security, and monitoring
  • Knowledge of software architecture, application components, integration patterns, and design principles
  • Familiarity with Agile development methods
  • Experience using project management tools and delivery management practices
  • Experience leading or contributing to software development projects and cross-functional technology teams
  • Knowledge of secure development, access control, authentication, authorization, data protection, and infrastructure security
  • 5–10 years of experience in technology leadership, software development, technology delivery, solution engineering, or a related field
  • Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and software development or technology projects
  • Broad technical expertise across multiple software development and technology disciplines
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions and explain solution options to stakeholders
  • Experience assessing technologies, developing recommendations, and supporting adoption decisions
  • Experience creating or maintaining technology roadmaps tied to business strategy
  • Experience overseeing vendors and contributing to contract negotiation or vendor governance
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be accepted
  • Cloud computing, Agile delivery, project management, software architecture, AI, or related certification is preferred but not required
  • Relevant training in technology leadership, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, Agile methods, project management, AI, security, or vendor management is preferred
