  • Manage financial, operational, and compliance audits through planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up
  • Use risk assessments to identify priorities, test controls, and refine audit scope
  • Communicate findings and actionable remediation plans to senior management
  • Lead constructive conversations with stakeholders throughout the audit process
  • Prepare concise audit reports focused on clarity and informed decision-making
  • Establish trusted partnerships with business leaders while preserving audit independence and objectivity
  • Coach audit team members and review work completed by internal staff and external providers
  • Help shape the annual enterprise risk assessment and internal audit plan
  • Support SOX and integrated audits covering financial, operational, and technology areas
  • Use data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve risk detection, audit coverage, and execution efficiency
  • Advance audit processes, tools, and working practices through continuous improvement

Талаптар

  • At least five years of diversified internal and/or external audit experience
  • Experience with a Big Four accounting firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong command of audit methodology, risk assessment, and internal controls
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Availability for up to 20% travel, including international assignments
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification
  • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles
  • Experience auditing revenue-related areas
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Life sciences experience or relevant business experience outside auditing is preferred
  • A related master’s degree or MBA is preferred
  • Experience with audit software, generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and data visualization platforms including Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense is preferred
