Lead accounting project teams and deliver accurate, timely results.
Improve processes to increase operational efficiency.
Act as the main client contact and support client satisfaction.
Assist the AFC team with accounting projects.
Oversee full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, data validation, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare and interpret financial reports.
Post debits, credits, and journal entries accurately to maintain the general ledger.
Manage the month-end close.
Review and analyze financial statements.
Perform, oversee, and review balance sheet reconciliations.
Oversee payroll accounting and monthly related reconciliations.
Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports in Microsoft Excel.
Coach and train junior accounting staff.
Work with auditing services to support regulatory and internal-control compliance.
Set up and maintain accounting systems.
Regularly assess and improve accounting processes.

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent degree.
At least five years of hands-on full-cycle accounting experience, including financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, depending on client needs.
CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience implementing systems and improving processes preferred.
For entry-level hiring, candidates must not require sponsorship now or in the future; F-1 visa holders are excluded.
