- Respond accurately to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare and submit the documents needed to complete vehicle sales or leases, including financing paperwork.
- Keep complete sales records, including contact reports, quotes, specifications, orders, expense reports, and other required documents.
- Build and maintain knowledge of the trucking industry and used equipment to explain truck features, accessories, and customer benefits.
- Submit the paperwork needed to process financing and credit approval applications efficiently.
- Keep used-truck inventory and ownership documents current.
- Coordinate with the Department of Transportation on sales transfers and related documentation.

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance is required.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss technical aspects of truck sales.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
- Comfort speaking with customers in person and by phone, and making cold calls.
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
