Aprašymas

  • Respond accurately to customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Prepare and submit the documents needed to complete vehicle sales or leases, including financing paperwork.
  • Keep complete sales records, including contact reports, quotes, specifications, orders, expense reports, and other required documents.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the trucking industry and used equipment to explain truck features, accessories, and customer benefits.
  • Submit the paperwork needed to process financing and credit approval applications efficiently.
  • Keep used-truck inventory and ownership documents current.
  • Coordinate with the Department of Transportation on sales transfers and related documentation.

Reikalavimai

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance is required.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss technical aspects of truck sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
  • Comfort speaking with customers in person and by phone, and making cold calls.
  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
