Individual Giving and Donor Engagement Manager

Lead individual giving campaigns, donor acquisition, and stewardship at Together for Girls. Help grow support for the organization’s global work to prevent violence against children and adolescents.

  • Shape and advance the individual giving strategy.
  • Create annual fundraising plans, campaigns, propositions, and donor journeys.
  • Build and manage supporter and donor pipelines using CRM and audience data.
  • Partner with Communications on audience growth and fundraising approaches.
  • Monitor and report on audience growth, acquisition, conversion, retention, income, and return on investment.
  • Improve donor stewardship and engagement across the Development portfolio.
  • Use milestones, program progress, and impact stories to cultivate and retain donors.
  • Help deliver donor cultivation events and other engagement activities.
  • Create donor stories, newsletters, digital content, pitch materials, and campaign communications.
  • Manage individual giving and donor engagement projects from planning through delivery.
  • Track results, learning, risks, and dependencies, raising issues and opportunities with the Senior Director.

Талаптар

  • At least four years of experience managing and growing a successful individual giving program in the nonprofit sector.
  • A track record leading audience development, campaigns, donor journeys, and/or digital fundraising.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing competing priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data and performance measures to guide and improve fundraising.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling fundraising propositions and donor materials for varied audiences.
  • Experience with CRM systems and donor databases.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across Development, Communications, and program teams.
  • Familiarity with remote-first, asynchronous work.
  • Commitment to Together for Girls’ mission and values and to survivor-centered approaches to ending violence against children and adolescents.
  • Applicants must have work authorization in their preferred location.
  • Experience with digital fundraising platforms, email marketing, or online acquisition.
  • Experience working with individual philanthropists or mid-level donors.
  • Experience supporting donor events and stewardship programs.
  • Experience in an international nonprofit or global advocacy setting.
