  • Lead Mosai’s content strategy and editorial calendar across blogs, reports, guides, webinars, video, social, and other priority formats.
  • Turn Mosai’s market and category positioning into a consistent editorial narrative.
  • Develop thought leadership with executives and clinical, product, customer, and company experts.
  • Create content informed by customer needs, market insights, and practical healthcare challenges.
  • Work with Product Marketing to turn positioning, buyer insights, launches, and competitive advantages into content.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Marketing on campaigns, target accounts, personas, funnel stages, SEO, generative engine optimization, and demand generation.
  • Partner with Growth and Partner Marketing to tell stories based on customer experiences, outcomes, and proof points.
  • Lead Mosai’s organic social and editorial presence, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Plan, film, and edit videos for the website, YouTube, and social channels.
  • Create a repeatable process for producing and repurposing content.
  • Apply AI to research, ideation, repurposing, optimization, and analysis while safeguarding editorial judgment and accuracy.
  • Oversee freelance writers, agencies, and other external content contributors.
  • Measure how content contributes to audience growth, organic discovery, account engagement, demand, and pipeline influence.
  • Set editorial standards for claims, citations, accessibility, search, approvals, version control, review schedules, and retiring content.
  • Monitor engagement, traffic, search visibility, social growth, video results, pipeline and revenue influence, and delivery.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least five years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial work, journalism, communications, or a related area.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or another complex industry is preferred.
  • A portfolio showing strong writing, editing, interviewing, content strategy, video production, and work across multiple channels.
  • Excellent command of grammar, structure, voice, fact-checking, source evaluation, and editorial quality control.
  • Experience interviewing executives and technical or clinical experts and explaining specialized topics to business audiences.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, search intent, content distribution, social publishing, web analytics, and content measurement.
  • Practical experience with video cameras or mobile production, lighting, audio capture, and editing software.
  • Ability to independently create polished videos for web and social channels.
  • Experience coordinating editorial calendars, multiple projects, freelancers or agencies, review cycles, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Good judgment when handling confidential information, intellectual property, customer claims, AI-assisted content, and communications in regulated industries.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare technology, home-based care, value-based care, or B2B SaaS.
  • Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot CMS, web analytics, search performance tools, social publishing, and content optimization platforms.
  • Preferred: experience creating webinars, research reports, executive ghostwriting, or data-informed thought leadership.
  • Preferred: knowledge of newer search experiences, including optimization for AI-assisted discovery.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
