  • Develop distinctive visual identities for real-world brands and products within the Tendem project
  • Create core brand assets such as logos, complete identity systems, and comprehensive color palettes
  • Organize and deliver multiple versions of essential brand elements
  • Maintain consistent branding across internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
  • Create durable, scalable visual systems based on contemporary design standards
  • Test designs across platforms to ensure brand aesthetics work effectively in digital and print formats
  • Refresh visual styles and create cohesive brand touchpoints across different media
  • Use brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems expertise to produce cohesive, modern brand assets

Талаптар

  • At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, communication design, or a related creative discipline is a plus
  • A strong portfolio centered on brand identity, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines
  • Thorough understanding of applying core branding across digital and print formats
  • Strategic mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while developing durable visual systems
  • Expertise in creating foundational brand assets from the ground up, including scalable logos, distinctive color palettes, and typography systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma
  • Demonstrated ability to carry brand identity across social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and printed materials
  • Strong organizational skills for creating brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries
  • Self-directed approach with the ability to resolve issues independently
  • CV must include a portfolio featuring branding work such as logos, identity systems, and guidelines
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level or above is required
