Join RTX as an engineering co-op supporting systems integration, requirements management, and propulsion-system design. This Aguadilla role combines three onsite days with two remote days each week.

Contribute to system design integration and requirements-management work
Participate in team meetings, teleconferences, and training sessions
Improve systems and processes through targeted changes that address problems and increase work-area effectiveness
Assist with project-management responsibilities
Take on additional company duties as business needs require
Integrate components, modules, and subsystems for commercial and military propulsion systems
Create systems solutions that satisfy customer requirements while advancing engineering quality and productivity

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Computer, or Software Engineering
U.S. citizenship is required
Minimum GPA of 3.0
English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is required when communicating with customers, colleagues, or supervisors who speak only English
Must be living in Puerto Rico when employment begins
Relocation assistance is not available
Strong analytical and mathematical-modeling ability
Able to work at the implementation level
Basic knowledge of gas turbine engines is preferred
Python or another programming language is preferred
Interest in learning about aviation and aerospace and building a career in the field is preferred
Creative problem-solving ability and adaptability are preferred
Motivation to learn, contribute new perspectives, and share knowledge is preferred
