- Support online shops in cosmetics, jewelry, supplements, fitness, and fashion.
- Act as the main link between clients and the team.
- Hold regular check-ins and build strong client relationships.
- Plan, coordinate, and take ownership of project delivery.
- Create email marketing and CRM strategies.
- Work with operational teams on copy, design, and technical implementation.
- Set and apply best practices for email volume and marketing.
- Design and run innovative tests.
- Help improve clients’ growth and profitability.
Талаптар
- Bring 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM.
- Experience with Klaviyo is an advantage.
- Be ready to learn and use new tools.
- Communicate openly and positively.
- Interpret data and turn insights into creative marketing strategies.
- Be fluent in German.
- Have strong written and spoken English skills.
- Live in Germany or be legally eligible to apply for roles there; applicants are limited to Germany.
