Digital Marketing Paid Media Specialist (Remote, Philippines)
Lead paid media campaigns, measurement, and attribution for an independent New Zealand promoter running more than 200 music events each year. Drive performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
- Shape the media mix for each event around its audience, location, genre, ticketing stage, and objectives.
- Manage paid media budgets across multiple events and platforms.
- Track and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ticket sales.
- Develop prospecting, retargeting, lookalike, and platform-specific audience strategies.
- Direct A/B tests across creative, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
- Own tracking and attribution across all paid channels.
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, and related tools.
- Verify that conversion events, ticketing journeys, and campaign attribution are configured accurately.
- Collaborate with ticketing and digital partners to strengthen first-party data capture and audience tracking.
- Resolve tracking issues so campaigns can optimize against dependable data.
- Create reports, insights, and recommendations for the broader team.
- Coordinate with Charles and the creative team on the assets and formats required for each platform.

- Extensive practical experience in paid media, tracking, and digital performance.
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Advanced experience implementing and managing pixels, conversion events, and tracking infrastructure.
- Working expertise in Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, and Snapchat Pixel.
- Ability to diagnose tracking, attribution, and conversion problems.
- Strong understanding of first-party data, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
- Experience managing e-commerce or ticketing conversion funnels.
- Thorough knowledge of ROAS, CPA, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Ability to oversee multiple campaigns and budgets at the same time.
- Confidence making independent optimization and budget decisions.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between creative and campaign performance.
- Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in music, events, ticketing, entertainment, or another fast-moving consumer sector is highly valuable.
