Dental Solutions Sales Representative - Vietnam (Remote)
Remote sales role supporting Solventum’s Lava dental ceramic business in Hanoi. Build relationships with dental clinics and laboratories while growing sales and delivering customer support.

- Build and grow relationships with dental clinics and laboratories across the assigned territory
- Advise customers on and sell Lava dental ceramic solutions
- Retain existing customers while developing new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams on product, technical, and after-sales customer support
- Track dental market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Create sales plans and submit regular performance reports to the direct manager
- Meet assigned sales targets and broader business objectives

- At least three years of experience in the dental industry
- Demonstrated experience as a dental-industry Sales Representative or Sales Executive
- Familiarity with dental clinic and laboratory networks is advantageous
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and customer relationship management abilities
- Proactive, accountable, self-directed, and focused on achieving results
- Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently to visit customers in the assigned area
- English communication ability is advantageous
