- Build broad organizational knowledge through weekly intern cohort sessions, executive meetings, and one-on-one discussions with division leaders
- Prepare and deliver a capstone presentation highlighting internship achievements, skills developed, and key lessons
- Support cross-functional projects within a collaborative Agile team
- Learn how enterprise data warehouses and business intelligence systems are structured
- Extract, transform, and interpret complex datasets to support analysis
- Develop insights that guide strategic decisions, risk management, and operational improvements
- Contribute to analytics, reporting, and process improvement work from planning through execution and evaluation

- Be a rising college sophomore, junior, or senior
- Pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, management information systems, data analytics, or a related discipline
- Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Be available to work 38.75 hours per week
