Translate Verse Medical’s data into actionable decisions through metrics, dashboards, analyses, and self-service analytical tools

At least three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, including end-to-end ownership of reporting and metrics
Advanced SQL and Python skills for analysis, automation, and lightweight modeling
Experience building dashboards and driving their adoption using Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools
Background developing custom metrics, scoring algorithms, or classification models for defined business problems
Ability to conduct exploratory analysis independently when addressing ambiguous, open-ended business questions
Proactive communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders
Experience with dbt modeling is preferred
Experience with Snowflake is preferred
Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated data, including HIPAA compliance, is preferred
Experience partnering closely with engineers to triage and resolve issues is preferred
Legally authorized to work in the United States
