Analyze demand planning performance, forecasting metrics, and business trends for IFF in a remote Brazil-based role. Build reporting solutions, identify root causes, and provide insights that support planning transformation and cross-functional decisions.

  • Track demand planning KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Forecast Value Add, and related measures
  • Create, manage, and improve dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance monitoring tools
  • Investigate forecast variances, planning deficiencies, and operational performance problems to identify root causes
  • Evaluate demand trends, customer behavior, product results, and the business factors influencing performance
  • Combine and verify information from multiple data sources to maintain reliable, consistent, and accurate datasets
  • Support monthly Demand Reviews and business reviews with analytical recommendations and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with planners, commercial and finance teams, supply planning, technology partners, and external stakeholders
  • Assist with planning transformations, capability launches, process enhancements, testing, and adoption activities
  • Maintain documentation for reporting methods, KPI definitions, governance requirements, and analytical workflows

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business analytics, data analytics, statistics, economics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related analytical field
  • Professional experience in demand planning, supply chain, business analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a comparable area
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, reporting platforms, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence and visualization platform
  • Knowledge of data analysis, dashboard creation, reporting automation, and performance management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings to varied audiences
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning for demand planning
  • Understanding of Sales and Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, and Demand Review processes
  • Experience using SQL and advanced data querying methods
  • Familiarity with forecasting metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add
  • Background in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholder groups
  • Experience supporting OTC Scent & Taste and/or PWB business processes
  • Knowledge of MyBIS reporting environments, analytics tools, and planning data structures
