  • Translate business needs into effective AI-first creative solutions designed for global scale
  • Use proprietary first-party generative AI tools to develop, test, and refine integrated concepts across marketing channels
  • Work with the Art Director to establish cohesive creative direction for localization and adaptation
  • Help present AI-driven creative concepts to internal stakeholders
  • Explain ideas clearly and build prototypes for colleagues
  • Turn complex business concepts and client briefs into practical strategies for global deployment
  • Establish and promote AI-first creative practices across design teams
  • Present strategic concepts and AI-enabled frameworks to internal and international cross-functional teams
  • Guide team members delivering campaigns across multiple markets
  • Ensure localized creative meets global brand standards and direct-response objectives
  • Manage several global strategy initiatives from initial concept through production within demanding timelines
  • Coordinate with international partners, production teams, and client stakeholders
  • Create AI-driven strategy frameworks and test new workflows with first-party generative tools

Талаптар

  • A fine arts degree is preferred; an undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, typography, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is also considered
  • Six to eight years of experience in creative strategy
  • Practical experience using first-party generative AI tools for global scaling and multi-market adaptation
  • A record of developing and delivering effective direct-response campaigns across performance channels
  • Strong copywriting skills focused on persuasive, measurable results across marketing channels
  • Ability to interpret detailed business objectives and develop AI-first strategies for multiple regions
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including explaining complex strategy, localized positioning, and AI workflows
  • Experience with Google's proprietary AI tools, including Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Google Flow, Music AI Sandbox, Nano Banana, and Google Stitch
  • Ability to convert abstract concepts into specific design direction
  • Substantial supervisory experience leading, developing, delegating to, and managing creative teams
  • Broad knowledge of art and design history, photography, visual arts, pop culture, counterculture, current technology, politics, social tastes, and current affairs
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders
  • Willingness to receive and apply feedback and constructive criticism
