- Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy

- Expand Ford Credit’s external visibility through media initiatives and executive engagements
- Advise leaders on messaging, positioning, and reputational risk
- Manage stakeholder engagement, special initiatives, and crisis and issues communications
- Oversee communications purchasing, budget projections, and internal controls
- Coordinate communications priorities across the broader Ford Communications organization
- Monitor emerging business, industry, and reputation issues and incorporate them into communications planning

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least seven years of communications experience
- Progressive experience in communications, journalism, or public relations
- Proven success with executive communications, crisis and issues management, content development, internal communications, and corporate communications
- Experience in financial services, banking, or automotive is strongly preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required
- Visa sponsorship is not available
