Help develop and execute internal and external communication strategies, plans, guidelines, and operating routines for the business unit
Advise relevant functions strategically on communications that support business goals and leadership priorities
Define an effective channel mix for internal and external stakeholder groups
Create clear, engaging spoken, written, and digital communications adapted to different audiences
Support communications for business-unit change programs
Set up and coordinate media, issues, and crisis communication practices across business units and local markets
Partner with country communication leads and Group Communications to deliver business-unit plans and activate corporate branding
Lead communication strategies for transformation and change programs, aligning stakeholders and supporting engagement and adoption
Develop strong working relationships across country communications teams and Group Communications
Help protect the company’s reputation through consistent messaging across markets

Deep experience in internal communications
Proven capability in social media, public relations, and crisis communications
Strong digital and analytical proficiency
Ability to lead at a senior level
