  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and self-service reporting solutions.
  • Create and manage SQL queries, reporting views, calculations, and related reporting logic.
  • Check reporting accuracy and verify that KPI definitions are applied correctly.
  • Use dimensional modelling and established reporting practices in analytics solutions.
  • Create clear, intuitive dashboards and reports that follow effective reporting standards.
  • Maintain and improve existing reporting solutions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational and tactical business decisions.
  • Investigate data inconsistencies, incidents, and reporting problems.
  • Review datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable findings.
  • Work with the BI Analyst Lead, Senior Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Discuss reporting capabilities, enhancements, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
  • Help end-users understand reporting tools and available data sources.
  • Keep report, dashboard, and reporting-logic documentation up to date.
  • Find ways to automate and improve recurring reporting activities.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, data science, economics, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related area.
  • Working knowledge of the iGaming industry, including its operational processes, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Strong SQL capability, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and development of reporting logic.
  • Practical experience creating Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling principles.
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts and reporting-focused data structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of business KPIs and reporting needs.
  • Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle competing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in SCRUM or agile environments is an advantage.
