Help build, maintain, and refresh dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce
Track KPIs, investigate trends and variances, and contribute to recurring performance reports
Conduct ad hoc analysis with guidance from senior analysts
Complete routine data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across reporting systems
Find inconsistencies, duplicate records, and missing data, then support remediation efforts
Help uphold reporting standards and keep documentation current
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
Support Salesforce data cleansing, imports, deduplication, and field validation
Assist senior analysts with dashboards, KPI definitions, analytical frameworks, and reporting solutions
Record business requirements, reporting logic, data definitions, and operating processes
Partner with Sales and other teams to clarify reporting needs and provide data support
Handle standard reporting requests and help resolve dashboard or data issues
Spot ways to reduce manual reporting work and improve report efficiency
Build practical expertise in BI tools, Salesforce, business processes, and analytical methods through coaching and hands-on experience

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
0–2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related position
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, charts, and data manipulation
Working familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
Power BI experience or exposure is preferred
Experience with or exposure to Salesforce reporting and dashboards is advantageous
Basic knowledge of data analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting principles
Strong analytical ability with careful attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative approach and willingness to learn
