Sell Genius® payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across Tennessee. Build field-driven pipelines, deliver consultative presentations, and grow merchant accounts.

- Drive sales of Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in restaurant, retail, and service markets
- Build and manage a reliable pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and community networking
- Present consultative, value-focused solutions both in person and virtually
- Show businesses how Genius® can simplify payments, strengthen operations, and support customer loyalty
- Partner with the District Manager to uncover opportunities, arrange appointments, and close short-cycle sales
- Keep Atlas and Salesforce records current with pipeline activity, call notes, follow-ups, and client communications

- At least one year of B2B or B2C outside sales experience
- Demonstrated B2B sales performance, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Able to build relationships and sell effectively both face to face and virtually
- Energetic, self-directed, results-focused, competitive, and collaborative
- Professional manner with the ability to establish trust quickly with business owners
- Willing to spend 75% of working time in the field and hold a valid driver's license
- Must reside within two hours of the job posting location
