Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automated production equipment at Ball Corporation’s Winter Haven packaging facility. This onsite role works rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Сипаттама

  • Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems operating from 24V to 600V
  • Service motors, VFDs, sensors, control panels, PLCs, and automation systems
  • Program and diagnose PLCs, with Rockwell experience preferred, and connect them to production equipment
  • Install electrical equipment and complete system upgrades
  • Reduce downtime while improving production efficiency and equipment reliability
  • Follow NFPA 70E requirements and company safety procedures, including corrective actions
  • Update paper and AutoCAD wiring schematics and complete daily maintenance logs
  • Coordinate electrical issue resolution across shifts, departments, teams, and crews
  • Take part in on-the-job training and help develop production and maintenance personnel
  • Adjust quality inspection cameras and operate diagnostic tools and control software

Талаптар

  • At least four years of industrial maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical qualification in electrical technology or a related discipline
  • Working knowledge of NFPA 70E standards
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Experience maintaining and repairing industrial electrical equipment
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical system problems ranging from 24V to 600V
  • PLC programming and diagnostic experience; Rockwell knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Experience installing conduit, sizing conductors, and pulling wire
  • Experience maintaining VFDs, transducers, and proximity sensors
  • Knowledge of configuring and adjusting industrial inspection cameras
  • Ability to use field diagnostic instruments and control software
  • Availability for rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, loud, and noisy conditions and remain standing, walking, or climbing for extended periods
