- Work with business stakeholders to uncover and define operational bottlenecks
- Develop tools that streamline Customer Success, Exchange Operations, Trading, and Custody workflows
- Clarify requirements, obtain data access, and establish confidence with internal teams
- Deliver solutions with n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, custom Python, or other suitable technologies
- Develop and support production AI systems, including RAG pipelines, conversational interfaces, workflow automations, and internal agents
- Lead workshops and training for non-technical teams
- Establish success metrics, measure outcomes, and explain the resulting changes
- Take ownership of delivered systems through production

- Showcase completed work through personal projects, side tools, public demos, GitHub repositories, writeups, Loom walkthroughs, or live URLs
- Demonstrate rapid, effective LLM development, including parallel use of coding agents and coordination between them
- Understand frontier model capabilities and select model intelligence appropriate to task complexity
- Bring production experience with evaluations, error handling, and observability
- Use a process-oriented approach supported by documentation, standard operating procedures, and checklists
- Independently transform ideas into functional software with AI coding agents
- Explain technical work in terms that connect to business outcomes
- Have 5+ years of experience shipping tools used by people
- Preferred: experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector
- Preferred: familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Preferred: basic Docker and containerization knowledge
- Preferred: exposure to blockchain or trading concepts
