  • Recommend financial products based on customers’ needs while supporting business results
  • Coordinate inventory routines such as invoice receipt, stock counts, and overtime records for the branch manager
  • Review and update customer information in company systems to maintain accurate records and streamline future contact
  • Negotiate outstanding customer balances, identifying suitable settlement options and involving the Credit team when needed
  • Evaluate completed customer service interactions and monitor satisfaction feedback to help improve service quality
  • Organize and maintain branch files, ensuring invoices and delivery receipts are signed, archived, and handled according to applicable legal requirements
