Accounts Payable Analyst (Hybrid, Mexico)
Manage accounts payable operations for Vinmar, including vendor invoices, customs-related costs, reconciliations, and Mexican tax compliance. Support accurate financial reporting, customer billing, and timely payment processing.

- Review and approve vendor invoices and accrual entries.
- Record cost-of-goods-sold expenses such as freight, storage, customs fees, demurrage, and packaging.
- Oversee customs broker payments, advances, and account reconciliations.
- Complete accounts payable and intercompany reconciliations while assisting with month-end close.
- Support finance activities related to CFDI and SAT compliance.
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment, documentation, and invoice discrepancies.
- Keep digital financial records accurate and audit-ready for internal and external reviews.
- Partner with vendors, customs brokers, shared services, and internal teams to support reliable reporting and prompt invoice processing.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
- SAP experience, preferably with ECC or S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.
- Advanced Excel capability.
- Preferred knowledge of Mexican tax rules, CFDI, and SAT requirements.
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organization and communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong customer service skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
- Commitment to compliance, financial controls, and ongoing process improvement.
