Description
- Set and deliver the Information Systems roadmap.
- Lead the current Information Systems team.
- Establish a unified process for receiving and prioritizing system requests.
- Assess, implement, maintain, and improve enterprise applications across the company.
- Oversee NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub, CaptivateIQ, ZIP, Gong, and Monday.
- Manage Workato integrations and inter-system data flows, including ownership, monitoring, and recovery procedures.
- Develop a governed data platform that combines product usage and business systems data.
- Provide automated reporting on ARR, margin, and product adoption.
- Manage master data and shared metric definitions.
- Automate recurring manual tasks across Finance and other teams.
- Enable less technical teams to build and use AI agents in their day-to-day work.
- Design end-to-end workflows with cross-functional partners, including quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
- Set policies, standards, and processes for system use, access, and change management.
- Conduct access reviews and segregation-of-duties controls, and maintain audit readiness.
- Manage vendor relationships, licenses, renewals, and technology budgets.
- Launch DealHub CPQ end to end across Salesforce, NetSuite invoicing, and CaptivateIQ commissions.
- Document systems, integrations, owners, and costs, and set up monitoring for key integrations.
- Launch the first phase of the data platform with automated ARR and product adoption reports.
- Choose and implement an FP&A planning system.
- Deliver automation and AI use cases with measured time savings.
Requirements
- Bring at least 10 years of experience in Information Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Systems, including 3 or more years leading teams.
- Have a track record managing teams across locations and overseeing systems spanning multiple business functions.
- Bring practical knowledge of system integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and platforms such as Workato.
- Have led system implementations, including at least one complete ERP, CPQ, or quote-to-cash rollout.
- Have experience setting technology roadmaps and managing vendors.
- Have experience building a data platform or reporting layer with shared metric definitions.
- Have practical experience applying AI tools and agents to business processes.
- Have experience with internal controls and audit readiness, such as SOX or similar, in a multi-entity, multi-currency company.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Pair strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and the ability to build workflows independently.
