Description

  • Translate clients’ sustainability goals into practical strategies connected to business priorities
  • Use the CO2 AI platform to uncover decarbonization opportunities, quantify business impact, and mobilize stakeholders
  • Lead customer onboarding while acting as a trusted strategic advisor
  • Manage a focused portfolio of large, strategic accounts
  • Gather, map, and prepare customer data for use in CO2 AI software
  • Develop reliable, reusable Python scripts to convert data into the CO2 AI format
  • Take ownership of ongoing data pipeline maintenance
  • Support customers in developing accurate carbon footprints through EF matching, CCF, and PCF
  • Establish trusted relationships with C-suite, sustainability, procurement, and R&D stakeholders
  • Work closely with professional services, solutions architecture, product, sales, and engineering teams
  • Deliver relevant AI use cases for customers
  • Apply AI to speed up data analysis, onboarding, quality assurance, and recurring reporting
  • Document complete data flows and improve collection and processing practices
  • Drive adoption of the platform across the customer base
  • Showcase platform value through customized pre-sales demonstrations and ROI-driven business cases
  • Report to the Customer Director

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in management or sustainability consulting, data engineering, data science, or software engineering
  • Hands-on experience using Python with real-world, unstructured data in an engineering or consulting context
  • Strong analytical ability and skill in turning complex, messy data into actionable insights
  • Experience working closely with demanding customers and leading projects with limited guidance
  • Strong interest in AI and practical fluency—or near fluency—in applying it to complex data challenges and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at every level
  • A strong interest in sustainability and a genuine understanding of environmental challenges and solutions
  • Carbon accounting experience is advantageous, including knowledge of GHG emissions, CCF, PCF, EF matching, and sustainability reporting standards
  • Fluent English
