Description

  • Develop, organize, deliver, and assess departmental programs
  • Oversee daily program operations
  • Track financial performance and support budget planning
  • Assess program outcomes, analyze findings, and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate clinical activities across departments and staff
  • Connect stakeholders and build collaborative working relationships
  • Train, develop, and support staff performance
  • Create departmental communications and promotional materials
  • Prepare financial statements, management records, and other reports
  • Manage radiology imaging dashboards and assess AI algorithm performance
  • Track imaging studies, monitor pending reports, identify delays, and expedite STAT cases
  • Coordinate pending reports, second opinions, addenda, and report completion
  • Produce leadership and operational reports, including 90-day pending studies, mammography pending lists, OBS reports, and STAT reports
  • Review PACS audit trails for overdue studies and coordinate follow-up with radiologists and technologists
  • Coordinate clinical issues and peer-to-peer consultations between radiologists and ordering providers
  • Monitor AI-generated reports and support AIDOC workflows within required turnaround times
  • Create and implement policies for AI usage and imaging dashboards
  • Support radiology operations across eight divisions
  • Handle STAT, VIP, critical findings, phone, email, Haiku, and physician requests
  • Respond to OCC Clinic requests at UMHC and DFB within 60-minute turnaround requirements
  • Provide Saturday coverage and expedite OBS and STAT interpretation requests through EPIC, PACS, and PowerScribe
  • Manage clinical communications, departmental email, contact directories, and Haiku messages
  • Maintain 24 standard operating procedures for CPC responsibilities
  • Submit UM IT/PACS tickets and resolve imaging, MRN, report, filter, accession, and film library issues
  • Maintain research databases and identify relevant cases for research projects when applicable
  • Participate in professional development meetings, special projects, team huddles, assigned CBLs, and other duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Experience with Epic/UChart, PACS, PowerScribe, QGenda, Performance Bridge, AIDOC algorithms, and Siemens Team Play
  • Experience working with clinical faculty and staff
  • Proficiency with Excel PivotTables
  • Proficiency with Zoom and Teams
  • Ability to provide constructive team input and feedback
  • Completion of ULearn CBLs
  • Access to and training in PowerScribe, Epic/UChart, Haiku, QGenda, AIDOC, mPower, PACS, PCAF, Siemens Team Play, Philips Performance Bridge, and new organizational applications
  • Availability for Saturday coverage from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Ability to safeguard sensitive patient records in accordance with HIPAA protocols
