Description

  • Work on meaningful, real-world projects as part of a dedicated team
  • Advise clients on benefit programs, initially concentrating on defined benefit plans
  • Build financial, business, and consulting capabilities
  • Explore a potential path in pension actuarial work or broader client strategy
  • Advise finance and human resources executives on retirement, health and welfare, and employee communications needs
  • Take part in professional and financial development sessions, mentorship, and regional events

Requirements

  • Preferred majors include mathematics, actuarial science, or another quantitative discipline
  • Demonstrated strength in writing, presentations, and interpersonal communication
  • Curiosity, creativity, analytical ability, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to learn quickly and adjust to new situations
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Sound critical-thinking skills
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate and planning to return to coursework after the summer internship
  • Available for the full 10-week program from June 7 through August 13, 2027
  • Fidelity Investments will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
