- Plan and coordinate proprietary and sponsored events
- Manage event projects from initial briefing through post-event debrief
- Build schedules, workflows, and governance processes with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate alignment across Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Source, negotiate with, and oversee agencies and suppliers
- Drive delivery quality, SLA adherence, and cost efficiency
- Assess proposals against scope, cost, risk, and available alternatives
- Build and manage detailed budgets with analytical rigor and transparent cost controls
- Monitor cost-center spending against the approved event plan
- Coordinate logistics, content, and participant experience for event delivery
- Work on-site to manage operations, suppliers, and unforeseen issues
- Oversee event content, scripts, presentations, activations, and experiences
- Design cohesive participant journeys before, during, and after each event
- Create initiatives that support engagement, recognition, and belonging

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher-education qualification
- Interest in and availability for a temporary role
- Substantial experience managing corporate events
- Working knowledge of project management
- Monday.com knowledge is advantageous
- Strong negotiation and supplier-management abilities
- Advanced Excel proficiency for financial controls and data analysis
- Power BI knowledge is advantageous
