Azure

Description

  • Lead design and delivery of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Pair strategic architecture with hands-on technical leadership.
  • Shape end-to-end Microsoft technology solutions with customers, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Guide delivery teams and assess solution designs.
  • Design Azure applications and integration solutions.
  • Use enterprise integration patterns, APIs, messaging, and event-driven approaches.
  • Address identity, security, networking, and non-functional needs.
  • Develop Dynamics 365 FSCM solutions for finance, order management, inventory, warehousing, and production.
  • Design and advise on FSCM integrations using OData, data entities, DMF, and business events.
  • Lead customer workshops and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Travel to client sites and Columbus offices as needed, sometimes with overnight stays.
  • Contribute to customer-facing consultancy work and progress toward Trusted Advisor status.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong architecture and technical leadership background, including experience guiding delivery teams and reviewing designs.
  • Practical knowledge of Azure Service Bus, API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, and App Services.
  • Experience designing integrations with enterprise patterns, APIs, messaging, and event-driven approaches.
  • Sound understanding of identity, security, networking, and non-functional needs in Azure solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 FSCM and its core processes, including finance, order management, inventory, warehousing, and production.
  • Familiarity with FSCM integration methods such as OData, data entities, DMF, and business events.
  • Substantial customer-facing experience in consultancy, a partner organisation, or professional services.
  • Able to explain complex technical topics, facilitate workshops, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a pragmatic and commercially aware approach.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexible about travel and working hours.
  • Curiosity and willingness to challenge established practices and improve them.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues inside and outside the organisation.
  • Commitment to ongoing development and to becoming a Trusted Advisor.
