Lead strategic innovation planning at Motiva, a major Brazilian mobility infrastructure company. Develop roadmaps for Smart Roads, Smart Rails, and Mobility 5.0 infrastructure.
Description
- Shape, align, and continuously refine Motiva’s strategic innovation vision with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and update master plans for Smart Roads, Smart Rails, and Mobility 5.0 infrastructure.
- Convert master plans into roadmaps covering technology, processes, business, people, and social impact.
- Consolidate and validate the documentation, standards, and materials supporting technology and incremental innovation projects.
- Coordinate and track approved roadmap execution, maintaining alignment and making course adjustments when needed.
- Define activities, deliverables, and ownership across execution workstreams to maintain clarity and strategic alignment.
- Support roadmap delivery through Innovation Center resources, including open innovation, funding, partnerships, and ecosystem links.
- Build internal and external partnerships that support sustainable initiative delivery within cost, schedule, quality, and impact targets.
- Track metrics, deliverables, governance, and execution quality across strategic innovation programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Work with the Innovation PMO to maintain organized, traceable, and consistent information.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree.
- Academic or professional background in ESG, strategy, technology, engineering, business administration, innovation, or a related field is advantageous.
- Specialization or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of strategy, technology, process management, and project management.
- Experience creating roadmaps, strategic plans, innovation programs, or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to produce high-quality executive and educational materials.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management capabilities.
- Systems-thinking ability to connect trends, technology, business, and sustainable impact.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and value-oriented approach.
- Advanced English proficiency; Spanish fluency is advantageous.
