Description
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with the C.H.A.R.M. service model

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold an SPM, O Level, or higher qualification
- Have 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in retail
- Speak fluent English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Be available for rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Have basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Be able to use a retail point-of-sale system
- Be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
