- Design, develop, and release native iOS and Android features using SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, and a shared GraphQL schema
- Lead product work from initial concept through launch, emphasizing technical quality, performance, and mobile security in a regulated banking environment
- Apply AI tools such as Claude to accelerate cross-platform implementation, raise code quality, and improve team productivity
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Design, and external banking providers to solve challenging mobile architecture issues
- Develop and operate mobile infrastructure, automated testing, and release pipelines that support both platforms at scale
- Coach engineers, establish mobile architecture standards, and review code across iOS and Android
- Provide technical leadership throughout ideation, architecture, delivery, and ongoing platform growth
- Enhance financial products that help employees ease financial stress, develop healthier money habits, and manage their paychecks
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience developing mobile software
- Advanced expertise in a primary native platform: Swift/iOS or Kotlin/Android
- Willingness to develop across iOS and Android with SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
- Knowledge of declarative interfaces, reactive state management, and unidirectional data flow
- Product-oriented approach backed by strong mobile engineering fundamentals
- Ability to make effective use of AI tools and promote modern AI practices
- Experience taking multi-quarter technical initiatives from definition and architecture through launch and post-release monitoring
- Experience working with strongly typed API layers such as GraphQL
- Experience handling offline caching, state synchronization, and complex mobile data contracts
- Comfort working through ambiguity, rapid iteration, and technical tradeoffs
- Production experience with both Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose is a plus
- Fintech or banking experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automated test environments, and build and release systems is a plus
- Experience with MVVM or contemporary unidirectional architecture patterns is a plus
- Active use of AI tools relevant to mobile engineering
