Senior Solution Architect, Supply Chain Planning — Blue Yonder (Onsite, India)

- Build customer confidence through strong architecture and consulting expertise
- Accelerate deployment and adoption with modern, AI-enabled implementation approaches
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience delivering Supply Chain Planning implementations and consulting engagements
- Hands-on implementation experience with BY ESP, Demand Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Order Promising, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions
- Implementation experience with Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO or IBP, and Oracle Supply Chain Planning is an advantage
- Demonstrated success architecting and delivering complex global supply chain transformations across CPG, high tech, process manufacturing, automotive, and industrial manufacturing
- Deep supply chain domain expertise is required
- Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently lead solutioning discussions and design scalable responses to complex customer requirements
- Practical experience with SQL and Python
- Experience working with Oracle and Snowflake databases
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain data models
- Experience designing cloud-native planning architectures
- Understanding of API and integration architecture
- Exposure to BY Platform, Data Cloud, or BYDM
- Understanding of AI and machine learning capabilities for Supply Chain planning
- Exposure to machine learning-based forecasting and intelligent planning solutions
- Knowledge of or experience with Agentic AI, AI-driven automation, or GenAI implementation accelerators is a strong advantage
- Strong architectural judgment and a deep solutioning mindset
- Ability to go beyond standard product functionality to address customer business challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead customer discussions independently
- Experience in global consulting or supply chain transformation programs is preferred
- APICS or Supply Chain certifications are preferred
