Senior Solution Architect – Nokia, Noida Hybrid

Lead the design and integration of Nokia communications systems for Oil & Gas and railway projects. Oversee testing, commissioning, migrations, and customer handover across complex delivery environments.

Description

  • Design and deliver integrated communications solutions aligned with customer, operational, and contractual needs.
  • Direct integration and interoperability testing across multi-vendor systems.
  • Create and run V&V, FAT, SAT, and testing and commissioning procedures.
  • Coordinate technical engagement with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
  • Plan and deliver complex migrations, including configuration control, cutover, rollback, and operational transition.
  • Maintain engineering designs, interface specifications, technical procedures, and as-built records.
  • Apply relevant international standards for Oil & Gas and FLNG settings, including IECEx, EMC/EMI, safety, cybersecurity, environmental, and hazardous-area requirements.
  • Control system requirements, interfaces, and technical risks through project delivery and customer acceptance.
  • Lead on-site integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover while sustaining customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas and Transport or Railway sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering work in international environments.
  • Highly developed technical documentation and reporting skills.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English communication; additional languages are valued in multinational project settings.
  • Availability and willingness to travel internationally for site integration, testing, commissioning, and customer support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex technical and third-party integration issues.
  • Experience conducting FAT, SAT, and testing of field equipment and subsystems.
