Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Spain (Remote)
Lead reliable GCP infrastructure and DevOps for LEADtech’s digital products, supporting backend platforms used by millions of people. Build CI/CD, observability, and secure cloud systems.
Description
- Build and operate scalable, dependable cloud infrastructure for backend services with Infrastructure as Code
- Develop and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting with GCP-native and complementary tools
- Create, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with mobile, web, and backend teams on deployment, performance, and observability practices for GCP-based mobile backends
- Apply security best practices across GCP infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Maintain technical documentation for deployment architecture, operational processes, and troubleshooting
- Identify and deliver improvements to GCP infrastructure and DevOps practices that increase efficiency and reliability
Requirements
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and networking
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Experience using GCP monitoring and logging tools, including Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Programming experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Python preferred
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Comfort working in agile, fast-moving environments
- Strong ability to promote teamwork and effective collaboration
- Experience partnering with mobile, web, and backend development teams
