Senior Product Designer for Mobile B2B and B2C Apps

Lead UX for iOS and Android recruitment products, with primary ownership of a new applicant app and ongoing improvements to recruiter tools.

Description

  • Lead the complete product design cycle, from user research and problem discovery through UX/UI design and developer-ready deliverables
  • Own the experience for mobile B2B and B2C applications across iOS and Android
  • Create a new B2C applicant app from the ground up, representing 80% of the role
  • Enhance and maintain the existing B2B recruiter app, representing 20% of the role
  • Investigate user and business problems, opportunities, and constraints
  • Plan and conduct user interviews
  • Review competitors and track relevant design trends
  • Evaluate internal product data
  • Facilitate ideation to identify strong solution options
  • Design, test, and refine concepts until they meet user and product needs
  • Develop visual designs and high-fidelity prototypes when appropriate
  • Prepare development stories with production-ready design assets
  • Collaborate with product management, designers, and engineers on strategy, design consistency, and effective delivery

Requirements

  • At least five years of product design experience in product-focused companies
  • Demonstrated ability to create valuable solutions for complex product challenges
  • Experience designing web applications for mobile and desktop alongside native iOS and Android apps
  • Working knowledge of SaaS products serving both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Strong UX toolkit for design workshops, product discovery, user interviews, and agile UX delivery
  • Practical problem-solving approach with attention to detail, clear communication, and strong organization
  • Comfort working in an open design feedback culture
  • Fluent written and spoken English
