Senior Product Designer

Description
- Join as Axle Energy’s first product designer and improve design quality across the company.
- Identify user problems and create experiences that address them.
- Develop strategic, scalable systems using Claude and code so colleagues can ship polished software faster.
- Strengthen user research across B2C and B2B2C products.
- Lead Axle’s visual identity and tell its story through web, animation, and video.
- Collaborate with global clients to improve their user experiences.
- Enable and coach colleagues in design.
- Help shape how Axle presents itself to prospects, clients, investors, and prospective employees.
Requirements
- Experience designing products and user experiences.
- Ability to understand user problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to create strategic, scalable design systems using Claude and code.
- Interest in and ability to strengthen user research.
- Experience developing visual identities and telling stories through web, animation, and video.
- Comfort working with sophisticated technology and engaging with technical details.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of quality.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of your work is required.
- Must be able to work in the UK; the application asks about visa sponsorship.
