Description

  • Build and deliver scalable self-service capabilities across engineering platforms
  • Enhance developer experience by streamlining onboarding, deployment, and operational processes
  • Turn architectural concepts into robust, production-ready implementations
  • Advance platform reliability, security, and performance in line with established industry practices
  • Operate and evolve platforms through Infrastructure as Code and configuration management
  • Partner with Tech Leads, developers, and operations teams as platform needs develop
  • Join the support rotation, including occasional after-hours coverage, to help preserve platform stability
  • Create and maintain practical technical documentation that supports knowledge sharing and platform adoption
  • Coach junior engineers and help strengthen engineering standards across the team

Requirements

  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure automation
  • Have 3 or more years working with cloud providers, preferably Azure
  • Have 2 or more years building and operating platforms with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible, plus container platforms including Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker
  • Have managed CI/CD platforms and tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, ACR, Artifactory, and Packer
  • Have experience supporting Kubernetes or cloud-native applications, including microservices and containers
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of cloud identity, networking, and security, including technologies such as Entra ID
  • Bring strong scripting and automation capabilities using tools and languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, and HCL
  • Understand CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and cloud-native operations in depth
  • Understand platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence principles
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or offer equivalent practical experience
