Senior Node.js Developer - Remote Ukraine at Flosum
Build secure backend services, APIs, integrations, and real-time systems for Flosum’s Salesforce-native enterprise SaaS platform. Lead architectural work and developer infrastructure across production systems.
Description
- Develop high-performance backend services and APIs for enterprise SaaS products
- Create scalable, secure Node.js microservices and integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Build modern user interfaces with Vue.js and TypeScript
- Develop CI/CD tooling, automation frameworks, and infrastructure that improves developer productivity
- Design real-time data processing and event-driven systems for sensitive enterprise data at scale
- Take ownership of major architectural areas and deliver production-ready code
- Work closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and the CEO
- Manage systems end to end while helping expand product capabilities and delivery speed
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience developing Node.js applications in production
- Advanced knowledge of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime
- Extensive experience using TypeScript in production codebases
- Strong expertise in RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and enterprise API security
- Demonstrated ability to work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization, data modeling, and performance at scale
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows, code reviews, automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of Docker, AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
- Willingness to commit to a long-term full-time engagement rather than short-term contracting
- Experience with Salesforce development, Salesforce ISV or AppExchange products, Vue.js, enterprise B2B SaaS, compliance, or DevOps/DevSecOps tooling is strongly preferred
