Description

  • Design and deliver D365 F&SCM finance solutions incorporating AI, automation, and predictive capabilities.
  • Advise CFOs and senior executives on ERP strategies enabled by artificial intelligence.
  • Provide expertise on AI, analytics, and automation to improve financial close, forecasting, and operational performance.
  • Convert business needs into scalable D365 F&SCM solution architectures.
  • Connect Power Platform applications with Azure AI services.
  • Direct cross-functional teams delivering finance transformation programs.
  • Advance innovation, enablement, and adoption of AI-powered business tools.
  • Manage implementation delivery from design assurance and deployment through post-launch optimization.
  • Support sales efforts by leading discovery sessions, preparing demonstrations, developing project plans and proposals, and presenting to clients.
  • Counsel C-suite stakeholders while connecting technology decisions to business priorities.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of experience with ERP or financial systems.
  • At least five years designing D365 F&SCM solutions.
  • At least four complete implementation life cycles as a finance architect.
  • Hands-on configuration experience.
  • Strong command of core finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, consolidation, and treasury.
  • Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of D365 F&SCM.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure AI services.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives and lead strategic discussions.
  • Experience connecting technology initiatives to business objectives.
  • Background leading discovery sessions, configuring demonstration environments, developing project plans and proposals, and delivering client presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Record of leading large-scale transformation and adoption programs successfully.
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • MBA preferred; Microsoft MB-310 and MB-700 certifications are strongly preferred, with AB-100 considered a plus.
