Senior Market Research Analyst - Mexico (Remote)

Lead US survey panel operations for Nielsen’s media insights business, covering vendor fielding, data analysis, mailings, and respondent payouts. Help improve research workflows through AI-enabled automation and operational coordination.

Description

  • Manage panel-fielding strategies, traffic, vendor performance, and sampling quotas across active US recruitment channels
  • Resolve traffic declines and geographic mix-ups as they arise
  • Investigate and correct daily data discrepancies
  • Produce insights, post-release reports, and performance dashboards for internal leaders and external partners
  • Coordinate schedules across panel, mailing, and data-delivery milestones
  • Flag production risks to downstream teams and carry out contingency plans
  • Arrange mailings and respondent payouts
  • Prepare mailing address files and coordinate distribution schedules
  • Maintain on-time delivery across mailing teams
  • Reconcile and verify monthly panel-vendor cost confirmations and payments against actual performance and valid respondent data
  • Find ways to simplify workflows and apply modern AI tools to data analysis and task automation
  • Coordinate operations, data science, finance, and external vendors to deliver US panel survey recruiting, monitor vendor traffic, track mailing releases, and assess panel feasibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, or a related discipline
  • At least four years of experience in media research or digital marketing and advertising
  • Demonstrated experience with digital sampling and online research panels, including sourcing, panel management, feasibility, targeting, and fieldwork
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Experience using AI tools for data analysis, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Advanced written and spoken English communication skills
  • Working knowledge of US geography, retail industry dynamics, and the media landscape
  • Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management with the ability to handle shifting priorities under tight deadlines
