Description

Build software components from design specifications.
Integrate systems and test their functionality.
Investigate and resolve technical issues.
Write unit tests for software components.
Help estimate project work and delivery schedules.
Work closely with teammates and communicate with project stakeholders.
Advise on product roadmap decisions.
Join incident triage, including analysis and prioritization.
Maintain and improve CI/CD processes.
Help develop and maintain tailored software solutions.
Contribute to a tax administration system for declarations, calculations, assessments, and integrations with external systems.

Requirements

Bring at least six years of Java development experience.
Have strong experience with the Spring Framework and Quarkus.
Understand microservices architecture and container platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
Have experience with REST and SOAP integrations, plus messaging technologies such as Kafka and ActiveMQ.
Understand software testing principles.
Communicate confidently in English.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and distributed teams.
Angular front-end development experience is a plus.
German or Swiss German language skills are a plus.
