Senior IT Business Analyst (Hybrid)
Senior IT Business Analyst responsible for requirements, user acceptance testing materials, and training documentation for Umpisa Inc.’s banking and insurance technology solutions. This hybrid role includes on-site training in Singapore and Manila.
Description
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents when needed
- Create UAT test scripts, Knowledge Transfer documents, user manuals, and training materials
- Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions and training for team members and stakeholders
- Create and deliver training materials, guides, and documentation that support upskilling and effective knowledge handover
- Contribute to assigned deliverables throughout the software and/or product development lifecycle
- Work within self-organizing Scrum teams operating in a scaled agile framework
- Work closely with team members, clients, technical staff, and end-users
- Attend on-site training in Singapore in October
- Complete continued on-site training in Manila during November and December
- Return to the standard work arrangement afterward based on project requirements

- Has excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for working with technical personnel and end-users at multiple levels
- Has experience in problem solving, workflow systems analysis, process redesign, user training, and documentation
- Possesses advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Can coordinate cross-functional work teams through task completion
- Has general PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Has experience with the software and/or product development lifecycle
- Understands and has practical experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Has strong experience or exposure in the insurance industry
- ITIL certification is desirable
- Experience deploying packaged applications is desirable
