Senior Infrastructure Reliability Engineer at Stuut Hybrid

Lead the infrastructure and reliability platform supporting Stuut’s AI-powered B2B revenue-to-cash automation. Manage Kubernetes, databases, cloud networking, observability, security, compliance, and production operations.

Description

  • Own Stuut’s platform engineering infrastructure.
  • Manage all infrastructure through version-controlled, reviewed code, including manually created resources.
  • Build a safe, auditable workflow for moving changes into production.
  • Operate and evolve multi-cloud networking, including address planning, private connectivity, and secure engineer access to private resources.
  • Run production Kubernetes and its delivery systems, including clusters, secrets, CI/CD, preview environments, and build performance.
  • Own observability strategy and spending while improving alert quality, telemetry costs, and dashboard reliability.
  • Drive security and compliance initiatives through completion with audit-ready evidence.
  • Operate large-scale production databases safely through patching, failover, auditing, and replication.
  • Lead infrastructure response during incidents and forensic investigations.

Requirements

  • Bring at least six years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with end-to-end ownership of production systems.
  • Have led infrastructure-as-code adoption or remediation in an established environment, including resource imports, drift, and state management.
  • Operate production Kubernetes and multi-account cloud environments.
  • Design and troubleshoot complex cloud networks involving peering, transit, VPNs, overlapping address ranges, and private access.
  • Manage mission-critical relational databases in production.
  • Build or rebuild observability platforms and control their operating costs.
  • Resolve substantive security and compliance findings, such as SOC 2 requirements, with audit-ready evidence.
  • Experience in fintech or another regulated industry, enterprise or customer-hosted deployments, and large-scale cost optimization is preferred.
