Description

Take ownership of business-critical projects after completing a focused onboarding period
Advise established market leaders and global companies at C-level and architecture levels
Build high-end software and deliver scalable architectures
Explain technical visions and complex concepts clearly to customers
Work autonomously toward strong technical results and lasting business value
Share technical expertise with Senior Engineers and other colleagues
Follow open-source-first principles while continuing to develop your expertise
Offer occasional on-site support at customer locations

Requirements

At least five years of demonstrable professional experience developing with Rust
Expert knowledge of concurrency patterns and the Go ecosystem
Professional experience delivering consulting services to customers
Ability to organize complex subjects and present them confidently to groups
Willingness to provide Go code samples or project references
Excellent spoken and written German and English for team and customer communication
Moderate willingness to travel, approximately once per quarter
Willingness to work full time
Experience with or interest in Go and Rust, plus technologies including TypeScript, Python, C++/.NET, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MQTT, React, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, GitLab CI, AWS, and Azure
