Senior Game Designer / Visual Artist – Remote in Czechia

Avenga is seeking a senior game designer and visual artist to develop iLottery concepts, vector assets, and animations in a remote Czechia-based role. The position works with Game Studio artists and stakeholders from concept through ongoing game support.

Description

  • Develop engaging iLottery concepts based on core design principles
  • Create high-quality game assets and transform them into clean vector artwork
  • Animate game elements using established animation flows and fundamental animation principles
  • Take games from initial concept through ongoing support with limited supervision
  • Consistently deliver work on schedule and to expected standards
  • Work with stakeholders and Game Studio colleagues, including 2D artists and Spine animators
  • Share knowledge and support the development of team members
  • Increase reuse and efficiency throughout the design and development process
  • Keep up with trends and established practices in iLottery game design

Requirements

  • At least five years of professional experience using Spine, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital drawing workflows
  • Demonstrated experience creating 2D games for mobile and/or web platforms
  • At least five years of experience with design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate
  • Demonstrated experience creating 3D games for mobile and/or web platforms
  • A strong portfolio showcasing game design and animation work
  • A solid grasp of fundamental design and animation principles
